National Skill Championship 2026 -Online Competition

• Children aged 5 to 17 years may participate.
• Participants from India and other countries are welcome.
• Students may register for one or more competition categories.
• The participant’s name, age, grade, country, contact number and email address must be entered correctly during registration.
• The name entered in the registration form will be printed on the certificate. Changes may not be permitted after certificate generation.

Competition Timings: 

Candidates from India

Indian participants will attend the online competition during the morning session.

Proposed timing: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. IST

International Candidates

Participants residing outside India will attend during the evening session (IST).

Proposed timing: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The exact examination time, login details and duration will be mentioned on the participant’s hall ticket. Candidates must follow the time allotted to them.

Online Examination Portal

• The competition will be conducted through an official online examination portal.
• Each participant will receive a unique login ID and password.
• Login details must not be shared with any other person.
• Participants must log in at least 15 minutes before the scheduled examination time.
• The examination timer will begin automatically after the participant starts the test.
• Answers will be submitted automatically when the examination time ends.
• Only one examination attempt will be permitted for each registered category.
• The participant must use the same registered name and contact details while logging in.

Technical Requirements

 Participants must arrange the following:

• Smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer
• Stable internet connection
• Updated web browser
• Working camera and microphone, wherever required
• Adequate battery charge or continuous power supply
• Blank papers, pencils, erasers, colours and other permitted materials
• A quiet and well-lit place for attending the competition

The organisers will not be responsible for interruptions caused by poor internet connection, low battery, device failure or incorrect login details.

General Competition Rules

• Participants must complete the competition independently.
• Assistance from parents, teachers, friends or other persons is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must not use calculators, books, answer sheets, mobile applications or other reference materials unless specifically permitted.
• Copying, screen recording, taking screenshots or sharing competition questions is prohibited.
• The examination portal may record login details, examination duration, answers and submission time.
• Participants must follow all instructions displayed on the examination screen.
• Any form of malpractice may result in immediate disqualification.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The organisers reserve the right to modify the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances

Submission Rules

• Participants must check their answers or uploaded work before final submission.
• Once submitted, answers and files cannot be edited or replaced.
• Uploaded images must be clear, complete and readable.
• Blurred, incomplete, edited or late submissions may not be considered.
• Participants must retain the original drawing or handwriting sheet until the results are announced.
• The organisers may request the original work for verification.

Evaluation and Results

• Entries will be evaluated by qualified judges and subject experts.
• Evaluation will be based on accuracy, speed, creativity, presentation and category-specific performance.
• In the event of equal scores, accuracy, completion time and judges’ evaluation will be considered.
• The decision of the judging panel will be final.
• Requests for re-evaluation may not be accepted.
• Results will be announced through the official website, participant portal or registered communication channel.

Certificates, Trophies and Awards

• Every eligible participant who successfully completes the competition will receive a participation certificate through the online portal.
• Certificates will be generated using the details provided during registration.
• Every participant will receive a participation trophy, subject to successful completion and verification.
• Outstanding performers in every category and age group will receive special winner recognition.

Parent and Guardian Consent 

By registering the child, the parent or guardian confirms that:

• All information provided is correct.
• The child is eligible to participate.
• The child will follow the competition rules.
• The organisers may contact the parent regarding the competition.
• Personal information will not be shared for unrelated purposes.

Disqualification 

 A participant may be disqualified for:

• Receiving assistance during the examination
• Impersonation or incorrect identity details
• Using prohibited devices or materials
• Copying or submitting another person’s work
• Uploading pre-prepared or digitally altered work
• Sharing examination questions
• Using multiple login attempts without permission
• Misbehaving with coordinators, judges or technical-support staff
• Violating any competition rule

Important Notice

The organising committee reserves the right to revise the competition date, timing, category, evaluation method or award structure when required. Any official changes will be communicated through the registered contact details or official platforms. The decision of the organising committee and judging panel will be final in all matters relating to participation, evaluation, results and awards.
